Location 2A is a fictitious space gathering 5 different locations and individuals together.
Through the making of this utopia, Anna, Eilis, Viola, Axel and Aoibhe question the physicality and nature of our habitat.
Unable to meet in real life, the creation of Location 2a gathers the 5 artists aiming to answer their need to exchange and connect.
The place, existing virtually, can be accessed through a series of rituals the group engaged with, each participant assigning tasks to the rest of the group.
By experimenting collectively and sharing individually, they found a solution to the craving of creating work together though embodiment, perception, envision, identity & interpretation.
The website is the result of the playful and aleatoric nature of their research.
