For our project we looked at the power and control absence can have over your habitat and how emptiness is able to control a space. This cam from an overlap in our initial research where we realised that even in very different environments this same feeling of absence was felt due to lockdowns and the global isolation they have caused.
We came across some problems when trying to develop our work, stemming from the issue that we were essentially trying to represent nothing. Though after some discussion and individual research we’ve managed to create a series of ideas which use a range of different techniques and mediums to show our theme.
