This is a piece I made in response to Anthropocene. I wanted to create something that will show the world how toxic plastics are. I was inspired by Karen Westland, from there I took some photos of my local areas rubbish I also made 6 initial sketches and these were the ones I used though my making process.
I then moved onto making my vessel which I made from recycled plastic, paper, carrier bags. I created a mask from those materials to represent the plastic is suffocating to the environment and humans.
