Through researching ‘The Anthropocene’ my immediate response was to create something beautiful, that would slowly break down and be recycled back into the ground. A design that would give back rather than go on to last for years and years to come. Using eco-friendly, sustainably bought materials, I was particularly interested in the glue we use and researching the carbon footprints of each one of us as individuals and in each individual design.
For my vessel I have used a mixture of dried and fresh rose petals and using a glue gun to glue them together each one of these materials will eventually break down.
