We believe that the physical remains of humanity from the Anthropocene, such as plastic and radioactive materials, are not sufficient in gaining a sense of what being a human means. We believe that sound and storytelling however are effective methods of tracing human behaviour, humour and culture. Following this line of thought we created an audio installation that intertwined many audio clips recorded first hand in Glasgow to create a uniquely Glaswegian audio collage. By creating a spacious installation, we allow the viewer to weave their way through numerous speakers and experience Glasgow as a city sonically. We have created a video documenting what it’s like to experience our installation.
